COVID-19 Policy

It's update time again! This is the one a lot of you have been waiting for - we're returning to our pre-covid guest limit of you (the bride) plus up to three people in your entourage! There's a couple of other important things to note as we bring the number of people in the store at a time up, and thank you in advance for your understanding, and cooperation:

  • As always, appointments are required to ensure a stylist is available to help, but please note that often we have same-day availability! Just give us a call and we'll let you know what's open that day.

  • For groups up to 6 plus the bride we still offer and require private appointments. Private appointments are a $50 fee to book, and limited on the weekends, so be sure to call if this is something you're interested in! 

  • Staff is required to wear masks, and we do require that our brides do so as well when we are in the dressing room together, but those who are fully vaccinated and their parties are welcome to unmask once they're settled in the viewing areas and outside the dressing rooms. Unvaccinated individuals are still be required to wear a mask at all times. Proof of vaccination is required to go without a mask.

  • And of course, we ask that you please stay home if you are unwell, and we will be happy to help reschedule your appointment for a later date or change it to a Virtual Appointment.  

We're all excited to be taking this step forward, and once again, appreciate you guys' support and cooperation in making this transition a smooth one!
